Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant provides organizational support for each GHS director including, but not limited to, meeting management, travel coordination, purchasing-related activities, and assisting with projects and assignments as requested. This position requires a high degree of initiative and flexibility. The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Organizational Development Director. This position is permanent, full-time, and is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay.

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
Salary Range: $22.93 - $32.10/hr.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least four years of related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must pass a DOC and DOH background check.
  • Must have a current driver’s license and be insurable by GHS’ auto insurance carrier.
  • Must pass drug test upon hire.
